The menu offers plenty for you to enjoy, including delicacies such as “pressknödel” (pressed dumplings), tasty tagliatelle with game and many other traditional recipes from South Tyrol. Our wine cellar can also provide you with fine wines such as Weissburgunder (Pinot Bianco), Lagrein and Tignanello.
